A. We use PayPal to process all online orders. With PayPal you can pay with all popular credit cards as well as straight from your bank account. There is no need to register with PayPal to use a credit card.

A. We charge flat rates based on the value of the order but regardless of quantity. Please note that we reserve the right to review the shipping cost when shipping to remote areas.

Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A. We usually process orders within 48 hours and ship them through UPS or Fedex Ground. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.

Q. What is your return policy?

If you are not pleased with your order, you may returm it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The refund is excluding the shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. In order to return your product, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective or restockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee. We will refund standard shipping charges if there is a defect in the merchandise. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or not reading and adhering to operating instructions are not covered under this policy. We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.We don't accept any returns on tablets or name brand medication. 
We guarantee any products purchased from us for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped from us. We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. We don't accept returns in any tablets or name brand medication. We do not accept returns on medical equipment.
